Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across Canada/USA, in order to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. Canada Post is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes and has suspended all service guarantees, including Express Post. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Please specify in the comments if there are any special considerations prior to drop off. You will be contacted once your package has been dropped off.
RETURNS
- Due to the nature of COVID-19. We are unable to accept any exchanges or returns at this time. Please double check your cart to ensure all items are correct.
- However, if you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us with a photo within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to find a solution!
