Our Story

Hi everyone 🖐

I’m Lisha. Owner of ‘The Nibble Co.’ I just wanted to let you know a little bit about myself and how our small company got started 🧡

We are proudly owned and operated in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. 

I have been a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery for the past 10 years. Bringing new life into the world will and forever be my first passion. However, just like nursing, you just have to follow your purpose and stay true to yourself.  I wanted to branch out and try something different. 

Heres our story

I am a mommy of two daughters (April who's 3, and Everly who is 5). Both were super picky eaters.  To be honest, I dreaded mealtime. Their plates or bowls would always end up on to the floor. Food would splatter everywhere, and who’s cleaning it up? I AM! 

I think there was even a time where I tried to tape the plate onto the high chair! Ha!

 

After testing out tons of suction plates in the market, I found that most of the plates never stayed on, or the kids could easily rip it off the table.

When quarantine started, I thought it was time to start a new venture. I began researching and testing different materials and products that would be most suitable for babies. 

 

All our products are made from 100% food grade silicone (no byproducts, fillers or harsh chemicals) - making them safe for your baby to chew, gnaw and nibble away on!

That is how The Nibble Co. was created.
